    Death is nothing but just the absence of life.
    You can question yourself as "Where and how I was present before this birth". Spiritual practice can give you a perfect answer to this.
    Once you get enlightened spiritually, then you realise that there is nothing like death to our soul. Only the carrier (Phisycal body)of our soul will die and decay.

    This is my pen, this is my book etc, then you and the pen / book are different from you.

    Similarly, when you say as...
    This is my head, this is my body, limbs etc, then also you and the head/body/limbs etc are different from you.

    Spiritual knowledge is India's her own original anciant "NIDHI" or "Gnan Bhandar". Try to know it in depth. Then you do not have any doubts about life and death.
