    I have checked the dictionary as well. The weather forecast department in air force is called 'Meteorology Deptt' So, this is practically correct. For deeper knowledge, web search will help.

    Wonderful work.I think threads like these can motivate many to learn new words and new meanings.Its strange though, in spite of our will to learn, and the internet or sources at hand we hardly make an attempt to actually learn something.

    We do not learn new words as in a class room. While reading a book or some article or blog in internet, when we come across a new word or new usage of an old word, we should try to find out the meaning by consulting dictionary. We can also search meaning on the search engine.
