Use of auxiliary verb in interrogative sentences
in Improving English Writing Skills
It is seen that many users write the auxiliary verb twice in interrogative sentences e.g. - "Is Rama is singing'. Here 'is' in beginning is enough and second 'is' after Rama is superfluous. Such mistakes have been used at many places in Polls and other places.
All should be careful in use of verbs like 'am', 'is', 'are' etc. in interrogative sentences. These should be used only before and not between the sentence.

    Right now, I remember many writing- I am agree.

    This is wrong use of 'am'. 'Agree' is a verb. So, the correct usage is:
    I agree, we agree, he agrees, she agrees, they agree.

    The mistake is apparently because of translation. In Hindi, we say- men sahmat hoon. So, this is translated as - I am agree.

    Is drinking cold water has affect on health.- I saw this post just now. I have replied that post normally.
    The above sentence has two auxiliary verbs- 'Is' and 'has'. Obviously, this is wrong sentence.
    Correct sentence will read- "Is drinking cold water bad for health." or "Has cold water bad affect on health."
