Do you think self employment is best solution for unemployed youth after getting financial assistance?

    All we are different in our attitudes and appriaches and it's difficult to say which is the best but self-employment however exciting it may sound has its share of problems and in India the government should be pro-active in this regard.

    In my opinion self employment is the best solution for unemployed youth as it will not only give job satisfaction to the self but will generate jobs for others also, in return reducing the unemployment burden of Govt.

    It is better to work under a senior professional for some time. Savings from income earned during such experience under a senior expert will be of help when setting up own professional establishment. It is also possible to work in partnership with others in same profession.

    I don't agree with your view since every one has different area of interest and also different level of capabilities. One can be interested in service rather than getting self employed. The good thing about self employment is that you may be in a position to employ others.

    Self employment is best. But it is necessary to gain some experience by working under a senior expert. After working for some time as a junior under a senior, you will be more successful as an independent self employed person.

    hhhmm its very hard these days to get a single job its like . a running rase who will come 1st tht person wins and in job interview who can well impress the recruiter will get the job.so the best alternative is self employment.

    In a country as big as India it's not possible to find emloyment for all and self-employment is the only way to make use of our vast workforce and the government can provide a lot of incentives to make it a viable proposition.
