    Self employment is the best for the career development but it is not worthy for all people for those who are economical weak and also those people which do not have techniques to run a company

    Under self unemployment one doesn't have to work under someone but it is a good idea to work under some one to get some preliminary knowledge before one starts his/her own venture. But one thing I find different about it is that if one works in 9 to 5 jobs then there is a guarantee of salary and other personal safety and security but in self employment it is not so....

    self employment is different from all but it ha its initial difficulties like settle down an organization and cost of it.

    When there is no option to do job then its better to work from home that is self employments in my view
