    I think Samsung is only company which is offering features in low cost. Go for SAMSUNG GALAXY 3 which is Rs. 12000 in India. I think its in your budget. :)

    Really a good suggestion Rajani but I have heard that Samsung mobiles comes with poor battery in the sense that they get discharge very soon...
