One of My friend asked me what is actual enjoyment of life? I says him that if you could know any one think fully then you can feel actual enjoyment then he selected Tabla and started to learn now he told me he is feeling actual enjoyment slowly slowly.

    enjoyment keeps our mind calm and stops the wandering character of it.for example my habit is to busy in some work always whether it can be office work or of home .
