    Yeah, you are right, google is global but not local. You can find evrything about the world but nothing about your own town.

    Google still has a lot to improve about itself, so many times, you dont find what you are looking for on the 1st search.

    Actually Google is as good as we make it. If use the right kind of keywords and phrase, we shall get the result instantly, but yes none is perfect.
