I bought bun and chicken sausage yesterday. But I don't know how to prepare it in an oven. I have an oven of convection type though I don't know how to use it properly :P Can anyone help me please? Also, should we cook that sausage again or just to heat that frozen one? I want vegetables also added to it. Let some specialist cooks come out.

Sandhya I donot have oven but i eat chicken salami which is also a sausage

You need to keep the sausage for half hour outside the fridge to remove the forzen state of the sausage.

then you can cook tomato curry with onion and in the last you can add sausage with little olive oil. cook it till it is soft

actually I don't know how to use oven.... :laugh: :laugh: 7-8 months have passed since I bought it. I can use it for heating purpose only.
I tried to grill that chicken sausage......but soon after taking from fridge. It didn't work.
I want to learn from its preliminaries
