    Article should be well formatted.It should be up to the topic.Minimum word limit is 500 and then maximum its depend on you but don't make it too lengthy.

    I think the minimum length of an article should be 10 lines or 300 words which ever is higher as per the norm's specified in the below link.

    Minimum length is 300 words. You can write articles with 4000+ words also, no problem.

    Too long an article robs the charm of the article and becomes stale

    I feel article of 1100-1500 words will be perfect, retains its charm as well.
    Am I not right Babuji?
    But when I have a lot of data in my hand, I submit as single article, instead of breaking into two. That's why majority of my articles contain 2000+ words.

    the minimum length is 300 words and after that you can of course add on as many words as you want ...
    A short article would be 300-750 words
    A medium article would be 750- 1500 words and anything above that would be a longer article...

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
