In my views, Government job is more secure and good.
Private job also good for high salary but it has no security.
If you have very ambitious for your career and like more competitions to update yourself then go for private job.
These days getting a job is difficult. So sector is secondary.

Good punchline. Yes, India is not like USA and job getting is difficult. Where istheh choice? there is none. Just subsist for the majority.
I think Govt jobs are day by day being in nature of private due to misuse of job by peoples its better if Govt and Private job both become same in nature of work and salary so no matter of discussion it.
