How to stop ads from popping up?
in Q n A - Find answers to your questions
Can someone help me with this new problem. Apparently my screen is full of advertisements tiny, big, ads of all sizes and I am not able to the see the actual content. What changes should I make in my settings..to minimize these ads. Currently, I am using Opera browser.

    In Chrome there is a facility to eliminate the popup Ads. You can download it. For more details you can Google, asking the question, "How to stop popup Ads".

    I advise you to switch to Chrome or Firefox as they are ideally suited for Boddunan.

    Yeah..but chrome keeps crashing and firefox has some issue in my system..opera works..fine...and my problem is solved...:)

    If Opera is problem free, you need not go for a change. For me Firefox and Chrome are functioning smoothly never had any problems.

    Chrome was never my favorite..right from the beginning..it is problemetic browser...that that msg 'aw..snap' is so irritating..so have bid adieu to chrome forever.

    If you are using Chrome then you should disable ShockwaveFlash by typing about:plugins in the browser bar. It will then work fine. Give it a try.

    I use a Google Chrome browser and I see an ad only at the very top under the header and sometimes a smaller one in between the posts which is alright ...What is annoying is the one that I seem to get on payments section sometimes covering the names mentioned there ..

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    I too use Google chrome. After using i never got Ads in my browser. Overall Google chrome is the best choice to eliminate Ads.
