hi,
I have 2 phones at home. One of them share a common connection with my broadband.
When an incoming call is received from the phone with common connection, the broadband which is ON will not have any problem. But the moment someone takes the other phone,Broadband gets disconnected. At the same time much disturbance will be heard at the phone also. Here all the problem is with the phone which does not share the common connection.
So does anyone know why this happen. Is there a solution for this?.Can both phones be used without broadband getting disconnected? Please help

The phone not connected with broadband is not supposed to affect the broadband connectivity. There may be some defect with wiring. Apparently, there is cross connection between the two phones. The BSNL Department needs be apprached for sorting out this problem. Moreover, you may consider the possibility of using one phone with broadband facility. It ispossible to talk on the phone and use the net simultaneously.

Just call the customer care cell of the service provider... they will set it right from the exchange itself.
