    Male and female body structure and constituents are different. We cannot compare them. If a female body has 3-4 litres blood, a male blood has 5-6 litres blood. Just like that male arms, nose or any part of the body will be bigger and longer than that of a female.

    I think that sums t up well...Men have larger frame so naturally their nose is bound to be larger than women...
