We all know  about R.K. Laxman's famous Cartoon "Common Man", an astute and wry observer of Indian Society and politics.

Now this Common Man's legacy will  continue in the form of a new series called as " Common Woman"

The " Common Woman" character has been conceptualized by R.K. Laxman's grand daughter Rimanika Laxman.

The new Character has been announced by Laxman's family on the occasion of World Cartoonist Day

Yes R.K Laxman's cartoons are mostly on Nehru, Rajiv etc.

His cartoons are very subtle. One should be careful while seeing his Cartoons. Otherwise, there is every chance of missing the message,

Thank God sfter Laxmans famous " Common Man ", now a " "Common woman has come."

A common woman's perspective on everyday issues would be interesting to witness in the form of cartoons. Though challenging, hope it gets as much popularity as Laxman's "Common Man".

On one hand, RK Laxman gave a brilliant portrayal of the common man or the "Aam Aadmi". And then there is Kejriwal and his gang of miscreants. expressionless

You are mistaken. R.K Laxman's cartoon is " Common Man" That is you and I in the Society.. Where as . Kejriwal's AAM Admi is a political Party,
