    The young man who attacked Talwar is named Utsav Sharma and had also attacked retired Haryana police officer SPS Rathore, who was arrested for molesting teenager Ruchika Girhotra.

    Utrsava is a brilliant but sentimentally imbalanced person. He is emotionally charged when a teenager girl is molested or killed. He could not control his emotions.
