Apparently, Congress has disconnected itself from union government. This is obviously for avoiding any responsibility for mismanagement. Rahul Gandhi is also talking of bringing back black money from Swiss banks. Who prevents. The union government is Congress led UPA. However, nothing prevents the congress organization from taking credit for any achievements of the union government.

    There is typing error ' Rahul Gandhi for bringing black money home' is the title. The contents of the post are clear. The link provided by me also conveys the news. The point made is that congress is not willing to take responsibility for govt failure even though taking credit for achievements.
