Nepal has not yet evolved a constitution. The constituent assembly is yet to do their work. Maoists are biggest force there. There appear certain difficulties. The main problem is that Maoists want to absorb their cadres in Nepal army. This is their affair. It will be better to leave the internal matters to Nepali politicians. Any help if sought can however be given to them.

We should concentrate on bilateral matters and not interfere with their internal matters like government formation, framing of constitution, composition of army etc. Hence, some concerns expressed by Indian foreign minister do not appear apt.
