Allahabad High court Decision on babri Mosque stayed

Allahabad High court had delivered a judgment dividing the land in the demolished Babri Mosque site in three equal parts to Ram Lala Virajman, a Muslim outfit and Nirmohi Akhada.

The judgment was appealed against. Supreme court has stayed the judgment.

    The problem was almost solved by this judgement and now it is again going to be burning issue.

    The problem was not really solved as some parties moved the Supreme court. The apex Court has viewed that the decision is strange as Court decided partition of land whereas no party had asked for. The verdict was really strange as the land was divided equally between (1) Ram Lala Virajman (2) Nirmohi akhada (3) Some Muslim outfit.

    Somewhere after the first decision I personally felt that the land should have been divided into two parts ie, between the Hindus and Muslims rather than three parts...

    The land was distributed among (1) Ram Lala Virajman (an idol) (2) Nirmohi akhada (a Hindu Organization) (3) A Muslim outfit.

    Whatever way you distribute land, there can be no peace in view of emotional issues. Time is the best healer. I hope supreme court will take another ten years to settle the issue. By then, I hope, the older generation will be trimmed and no generation raised. Possibly, the issue will be dead by then and we may find a commercial complex at the site. The complex may be named: Ram Babri Complex.

    Babri Mosque is a non issue. This is only sentimental issue. With passage of time, this will get solved. Time is the best healer. As I wrote in another post in this thread, we may find in due course of time at the disputed site, a commercial complex named Babri Ram Place.

    When the Allahabad verdict came on the issue I was a liitle surprised because prima facie the court appeared to have gone beyond its remit. Now things look like going back to square once again! I am convinced a judicial resolution is just an illusion!

    The issue is such a delicate one that everytime it is thought it has been sorted out but it comes with another controversy. Let's wait and see what the future beholds...

    When there are no issues, they have to be created to keep unrest going on....the people who started this controversy might not even live to hear the verdict.Lives of hundreds have been destroyed,derailed and devastated just because the leaders chose to imbibe chaos.There is no justice in such cases.Sentimental as it is,it is irreversible and the damage still continues.
