It was in fact started in the city of Mexico. The main reason was the pigs. Mexico is the major producer of pork and is the big exported to United States as well. But interestingly H1N1 will not spread through eating pork. It will only spread through the respiration from one to one.

Notable point here is Mexico is able to control it with the stringent actions by restricting the people not to come out side for a period and gave excellent hospitality to the suffered people.

I don't think this is possible in countries like India, China where the people roam in masses and we cannot control them until and unless we can bring awareness among them about H1N1.

But I don't think that the use of mask will reduce this H1N1 effect. what is your view?
Absolutely correct. It will stop the spread of virus into the air. But that is not the entire solution to completely remove the virus. The ideal solution is to find the preventive and necessary medicines to cure effectively. And more than that creating the awareness among people is important.

but till now, doctors are only telling to wear mask .They are not providing any medicine so that peoples can take it every day in small amount so that they can not get affected with this virus.
Hello Pankaj,

Doctors are not advising any medicines because antiviral medicines have not yet been released in the market for free use, as we use antibiotic (anti-bacterial) medicines and doctors are just advising to take.

That is the main difference between the two micro-organisms- Virus and bacteria... Where bacteria is live the virus is semi-live.

Virus remains dead as long as it is attached with a carrier and will come to life when it comes in contact with the real (live body) patient.
