External Affairs Minister says that Headley could be given harsher punishment. In case, he were expatriated to India, he could be given death sentence for his terrorist acts killing numerous persons. However the sentence of 35 years imprisonment by American court is also stiff. There is doubt whether there can be more trial and punishment to him as nobody can be tried and punished twice for same offence.
