BJP satisfied but not RSS with Home Minister's expression of regret

BJP is satisfied with Home minister expressing regret on his statement on saffron terrorism. But no RSS.

Is this so because there is more common in parliamentarians of different parties than members of same party- some parliamentarian and other not. Or the parliamentarian are more pragmatic.

This reminds of a British quote- "There is more common between a Labor MP and Conservative MP than between a conservative who is member of parliament and another conservative who is not.
