There is scarcity of water on one end and on the hand people wastes lot of water. Some sort of action has to be taken against wasting water otherwise water demands will increase day by day.
I really feel strange. It was the Christians who protested against such orthodox believes in India. In their country, Saint is wasting water for holi celebrations instead of using it productively.

This is is Maharashtra. People are facing drought and so will not waste water and play dry Holi. But the 'saint' and his disciples care the least for people. Christians have nothing to do with this.

Yes Christians are nowhere in the picture. It was our holy men squandering precious water

Not only religious preacher, no one wants to understand the value of water. It is show biz.
First it was in Nagpur and Nashik he wasted thousands of gallons of water. It was really silly to see him hold a water hose and spray water on his followers   and that too when the entire state is reeling under severe drought and people are not getting water to drink for days! On top of that his followers had the audacity to beat up newspeople who recorded their stupid waterplay and the republican party members who opposed the event! Where is his civic consciousness?
