so far we witnessed stampede killing people in religious fairs like Kumbh, temples, railway station. Now stampede at Karnataka Chief Minister oath taking ceremony. I wonder why they need to hold such event in Public as a sort of festival. What is the difficulty in oath taking in Raj Bhawan?
