I am agree but it is not good to quote any single one. All political parties are equal in India. They don't want to listen each other. They can do only one thing, hold parliament.
There were and there are good governances even well before the birth of the word ‘Democracy.’ Any government with a common mission that strives for the welfare of the people can go with any name. There is no use of having fancy names, failing to live up to the expectations and falling flat later.

Right welfare of people is important. Earlier Bhutan was not a republic country but people of Bhutan were satisfied with monarchy governances.
