World Champion formula one driver Michael Schumacher had a serious accident while he was skiing with his son in French Alps and is in extremely critical condition. A sad thing to happen to one so young, he will just turn 45 on January 3rd! I hope he recovers soon and becomes well!

    In the History of Formula one, Schumacher has a special place. Formula one ,the most adventurous racing sport has become a synonym for Michael Schumacher.

    His is the only name when we talk about F1 racing. Even we use to comment when some one drives fast. "Bada Schumacher bann raha hai..".. Hope he gets well soon

    It is a real tragedy and to happen when he was on a holiday with his family ...Apparently he is an expert skier and how the accident took place is being investigated now..Sincerely praying for his recovery ! The next 48 hours are crucial for his recovery...

    Yes I too read about this, after the second surgery his condition has slightly improved but he is still not out of danger ..

    His condition is stable. Neither deteriorating nor improving. The very name F1 signifies adventure, speed and life threatening risks. Schumacher made history in F1 annals by winning 7 world championships.

    The difference is that Ayrton Senna died in a car crash while competing in one of the F1 races, the profession itself is a dangerous one and when these people embrace such professions, they have accepted all the risks that go with it, including the risk of death. But for Schumacher who won world championship 7 times unfortunately met with the accident while on holiday skiing with his family. That can happen to even a normal person such as a clerk or a doctor! Quite unfortunate! :(
