    I'm more concerned about Manmohan . He's a disgrace to that brave and valiant community who laid their lives for the sake of the country. Is he the same member of that valiant race, who fought the mighty Whites? And pity is he's an intellectual.

    Though we have gained freedom from the British more than 60 years ago, unfortunately we are still not liberated from emotional slavery even now. Following SG blindly just because of her skin is a testimony to this crude fact. So whatever she does is passed off as her sacrifice while she gaily loots away our coffers and fills it up in foreign countries. :blink:

    I sincerely hope that Congress bites the dust this time and the Congress men get the message across that ttheir style of functioning and more importantly the Italian lady is totally unfit to rule, only interested in power and looting the country..

    Sanjay baru erstwhile media consultant of Manmohan in his book "Accident Prime minister". Revealed startling facts. While during UPA 1 itself MM yielded to Sonia. His contention was there should not be two power centers in a democratic set up. Since then the Italian lady has been clearing all the files.
    My question is if MM feels that there should not be two power centers , why he clung to power all along?

    Sonia Gandhi holds positions as (1) Chairperson U.P.A. (2) Congress President (3) Chairperson National advisory Council. She had no right to see the government files in above capacities except as Chairperson National Advisory Council. National Advisory council advises the government on various issue and in that capacity some files could be visited by her.

    The issue of two or more power cenrers seems superficial. P.M. is head of government whereas party president is head of party. The way govertnmemnt functions is also a concern of party president. There may be some overlapping of functions.

    That's the point that confused me. How can the PM allow a Party Chair person to clear the files? This is nothing but extra constitutional power abuse.


    Ultimately, P.M. is responsible for implementing the party menifesto and programme. Party and government interact. There is no way Sonia Gandhi could clear a file. At most, there could be exchange of opinion in some matters between PMO and the Natrional Advisory Councl. File move on between different minsitries and also National Advisory Council, which is a constitutional body. Possibly some files moved from PMO to NAC and back for endorsing comments. This process could be dubbed as 'Sonia Gandhi clearing files'. Obviously, there are some elements who distort things just for misguiding public opinion.
