India's national space agency ISRO is set to launch five satellites from four countries from the spaceport of Sriharikota.

I think that ISRO had many good achievements in the past. I don't understand how the current launch of sattelites a higher achievement.

In terms of launching more number of foreign satellites and earning 48 crores through them, ISRO has reached a new milestone. This is an achievement.
