The much awaited results of the state assembly election results for Maharashtra and Haryana will be revelaed tommorrow. Both the previous governments were scam ridden and people have high expectations from the next government. Almost all exit ppolls have predicted a sure win for BJP in Haryana and in Maharashtra BJP is expected to be the largest seat gainer, but falling short of the required numbers ...However, it will be a much needed respite from corrupt regime and a positive change if BJP comes to power in both these states ..

Actually, all politiians have same social and family background. The political parties are just like containers with same content. So change of party does not matter. The political workers even change parties and remain in authority whichever party comes to power. This happens often. when a party's fortune is bright, the ex members rejoin and this is termed as 'home coming'. Many politicians change 'home' so many times that it is difficult to know as to which party they really belong to. The record of BJP in states like Karnataka is certainly not worth appreciation.

The top leadership makes all the difference. Under UPA the PM was a toothless tiger and the Fake Gandhi family did everything to their benefit which was approved by all party members even when things went wrong. Such things cannot happen in BJP simply because Modi is non corruptible and is determined to bring in changes. Karnataka BJP had a bad image because of Yediyurappa but the Congress image in the same state is far worse , but, under Modi Karnataka state BJP unit has seen many positive changes and let us hope that we can see better days here too

True but if you ask me I am afraid there will be a big drama in both these states. I can see a Delhi like situation.

As expected BJP has won all out in Haryana and is leading in Maharashtra although they won only 121 as against required 150 or so seats. Now the rats have started swarming towards the winning ship with NCP now announcing their support from outside to BJP!

very apt. rats moving towards the winning ships. so rats wil always be in the winning ship. It makes no difference who wins. There is another way of putting. All political parties are like bottles with different brand names containing same stuff. when you fel that a bottle is defective or craced, you just transfer the contents to new bottle. This happens in politics also. when a political party loses charm, its members change the party.

The most amusing comments come from Congress spokespersons who were close allies of NCP and did everything possible to help and hide the corruption charges against Ajit Pawar and Praful Paten when they were suporting them, now remind BJP and warn them against it,. Sandip Dixit came up with some hilarious comments about money power and dirty politics. A typical case of grapes gone sour !!!

Let the congress spokespersons and key leaders say anything. The less prominent will join the new ruling party and enjoy life as before. The contents of all parties are same.

As expected, BJP has decided to go alone on their own strength. They will probably take support from outside as they are not willling to agree to any pressure for support by any party. No conditions are acceptable to form a government.

Udhav Thackeray feels that he shd be given his due, I guess to a certai extent one can agree with him since the party has always been supportive of BJP. It would be interesting to see how they will work out the nitty gritty of government formation and ministerail portfolios..

What I feel, BJP is planning to form a minority government with support from outsiders and smaller groups. The way SS treated them during initial stages and during election they are in no mood to give them an inch. Government or no government. Modi is clear in his stand, he will not succumb to any pressure politics.
