Don't you know that Sanjay Dutt's release has been challenged ?

Even Jayalalita's acquittal has been challenged by Karnataka Government. Now people are coming of age. They refuse to hear whatever the law says.

Seeing Many instances of wrong verdicts by the courts and  scores of shady deals between the rich, influential people with the Judges made the people open their eyes. Now many people are questioning the court verdicts . It's a good thing.

Parting away with money for favours is also a silent form of punishment. Someone is sure going to challenge it. Let us wait for the decision.

Spending money is not any kind of punishment, as everyone earns money to spend. If culprits spend money to get free from punishment and when they succeed in doing so, then we cannot say that they are punished, because they will earn money again when they get rid of the case in which they are indulged.

The problem is our country is the kind of adoration and popularity celebrities enjoy ...we see them raking in money, power and also getting the use of government mechanism in the form of security which comes out of tax payers money. Are they not capable of funding security for themselves ? here it is made to look as if their lives are  far more important than other peoples lives. So, naturally with all that it is but natural that , they will have more number of fans feeling sorry for them and wanting them out of prison and if possible not go to prison at all! Fans are that forgiving when it is their fav actor .Om the other hand a poor thief stealing because of his own misfortune is slapped and lynched by the same people ! After all we Indians are hypocrites through and through ..

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Spending money for one's own release is not at all a kind of punishment but it is a big slap on the Indian system. Once they are freed it gets proved that money can buy anything and it becomes a mockery of honesty and the book of law.

No doubt life of VIP is more important than common peoples. I read many times that in government hospital woman gave birth to baby on the door or on the floor, no one worry to care them but if any VIP admitted in hospital for minor health problem, a commitee of doctors deputed to look after these.

Recently in Bangalore one of the ministers was admitted to a speciality hospital and since he wanted a certain number of room which was astrologically suitable, the patient occupying the room was shunted out . The hospital was full with no rooms so this patient was asked to somehow manage in a small room, a store next to the operation theater and he was extremely angry and left the hospital...If this can happen with people who are well to do and one can imagine the plight of poorer people who get trampled all over in our blessed country by these self serving devils and celebrities !!
