Is CBI vs The State a reform for the Indian politics or it is just politics for holding the power.

Power is what defines a political leader the most nowadays.

Can CBI be arrested like this by a state's police forces.

Is it Legal or Political.

No matter what political party is in power, all governmental agencies including the CBI would come under them although they do have certain powers ...But leaders let Mamata Banerjee have no respect for any institution that refuses to bow down to them. However, people are watching and evaluating ..

CBI being a central agency has its own power but state government disrespecting them in this way on the orders of a politician or someone in political power is a threat to these government agencies.

It will affect the working of independent government institutions in near future. Also other political leaders can also come forward and disrespect other government agencies in their own creative ways.

Today state government are disrespecting CBI it may possible that in future they will do it with other agency of center. It is not good sign for country. For investigation is case of corruption every state have anti corruption buero, But it is very easy to manage it.

CBI - Central Bureau of Investigation

The CBI's disrespect is a very bizarre problem we may be facing in near future. We may witness disrespecting behaviour for other centrally operated agencies.

Particularly in a case of corruption, this behaviour clearly shows the deep roots of corruption within the state government's agencies.

Also, every state has its own Anti-corruption agency which manages and monitors corruption within the government agencies. But this agency is under the state government and can be easily corrupted.

Hence, a need for a central body will always be felt for the smooth running of agencies.

This kind of disrespecting nature should lead to new strict laws for the state governments.

Yes I am agree with you a new agencies or reconstruction of CBI under other law that Delhi Police act. Other wise it will almost impossible stop high profile corruption.

It is impossible to stop corruption and irradicate it fully because man is to some extent corrupt by nature , the levels being different to different people. However, a good society and leadership can condition people to straighten out which is what is happening in a developed world , mainly in European nations where corruption is at its lowest or even nil..India is a a very corrupt nation and our leaders keep on corrupting because of the power they wield . So, instead of trying to rid of it India is becoming even more corrupt. CBI , afteral was used by Congress party to its advantage in the past so they far it continues to be the same even now..

Thank you for clarifying the problem.

Yes, India is a corrupt nation.

It has been for years and new people with political background whether or not in the government when they gain power because of the flawed system it cannot be determined who truly is the culprit.

It always comes out to be the system in one way or another.

Knowing that the government is influencing these aspects makes them corrupt in the eyes of citizens.

Hence, it gives citizens a sense of hope that the system cannot be changed by these leaders.

Yes India is corrupt country. Corruption is life line of politician and bureauracy. Politicians are not interested in control corruption. If India will control corruption people never think to join politics.

Why blame only politicians? If corruption is increasing, both the givers and takers are responsible for it. The politicians and bureaucrats take bribe because we the public are ever ready to give bribes, thereby encouraging corruption.

The reform can only be brought by the people only.

Corruption can lose all its root if the people stop giving money to corrupt officials but all will agree that it is not possible in a country with significantly less literacy rate.

People need to be enlightened and educated about this problem and how this can dig a hole in the development of the nation.
