We need to enhance skill of our citizens according to their aptitude and hidden talent and make use of that in nation's advancement. The reservations based on religion, caste, gender etc. are a hindrance. Efficient use of national manpower is not less important than the social justice purported to be served by reservations.
The less privileged sections should be enabled to get proper education by grant of scholarships and other sops but there must be no reservation in services, legislatures and educational institutes. Merit should be the criteria.

Good attempt Sajeetharan. I would surely forward these videos to my buddys. :)

Thanks 'n' Regards,

Now the solution:

- Strong laws denouncing caste discrimination

- Economic upliftment (using projects like NREGA) and spread of education

- Making education free for the poor till graduation

- Creating social awareness against caste-based discrimination

- Limiting the powers of the Khap Councils and similar organizations

- Banning dirty caste-based politics
Bangalore University has reserved one seat for transgenders in all post-graduate courses run by it. Bangalore University is the first in the country to reserve a seat in post-graduate courses for transgenders. :P
