Close on the heels of the Swine Flu pandemic and ,a;aria causing havoc in Mumbai on a large scale, a new superbug canned NDM-1 has been found infecting many people, 44 NDM-1-positive bacteria in Chennai, 26 in Haryana, 37 in Britain, and 73 in other sites in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. Several British patients also found with NDM-1-positive, who were on visit to India and Pakistan for medical care like cosmetic surgery.
