    I had received this sms yesterday which I deleted because I didnt find any logic behind how cell operators are going to calculate the money to be paid to her.

    This seems more of a revenue generating drive of cell operators to increase revenues.

    some times even i feel the same that cell operators are doing such things for their own benefits....
