    I think instead of blocking the IP, You can give a warning message like, please try after 1 min .. or something like that..

    My IP got blocked for one week.IP blocking is not based on time delay,but based on some other I think.Comment option only get blocked.Posting threads no problem at all.

    If you use dynamic ip address like one comes with BSNL broadband, you can switch off and on your router to get new one. If yours is static, send a mail to boddunan team.
