    Aptitude is yoir natural interest or talent in a particylar job. This can be develped throygh practice and training. Thus some have aptitude for accountants job, some for pilot. If you love numberts, you have aptitude for Accontancy and Actuarial job.

    Attitude is your way of looking at things and behavioural pattern. Thus there are cooperative, uncooperative, positive, negative attitudes.
