many people know english fluently but the fact is while speaking many of them fear to speak. They need to come out of fear to speak fluently.

English speaking tips

Grasp every opportunity you have to speak with people in English.

Read short stories out loud and try to see, say and hear the words to reinforce your memory. Record yourself and play it back later, how does it sound?

I having best fluency in English in both speaking and writing :

speaking:
1. you should have English knowledge.
2. You should practice speaking with the people in English language as much as you can.
3.When ever you speak in English try to think in English and speak. Most of the people speak by translating their mother tongue into English.
4. whenever you speak in English , open your mouth widely and speak. This gives you good accent.
5.While speaking in English , be confident and don't fear that there may be any wrong in your English. Though you speak wrongly , but speak confidently

Writing:
1.Try to learn grammar.
2.then sentence formation.
3. observe whenever you read any information in English language.
4. see how people are writing in English.
5. the best tip for improving English writing skill is keep on thinking and writing.
6. While writing in English, you should think in English and write the sentence. Never think in your mother tongue and write the English sentence.
