    Most of the time nothing stops me from speaking english but some time i dont get words to talk and i feel its better to speak in my mother tongue than speaking in English

    Just start using small sentences and you will be fluent.

    When you speak in a group that consists of some non English speaking, it is no use speaking in English. This is true about any language. When in a mixed group, it is best to speak in the language understood by all.

    However good we are in any foreign language we shall never be as good as the ones who have that language as their mother tongue. This is true for speaking only. We can be better than them in writing skills. This statement is good for people who are living in English speaking countries but English is not their mother tongue. So there is nothing to make it a big issue. In fact English forums do not treat people kindly who criticize other members for poor grammar or wrong use of words. They only encourage non English speaking people to improve.

    English is a language and it has nothing to do with literacy and there is nothing wrong with the people if they don't know it but we must not speak in English in front of them if they don't know it. :)

    There is no harm in using your mother tongue word while speaking in English. We use many English words in Hindi. So there is nothing wrong in using some Hindi (or Telugu) word while speaking in English, if you do not know the English equivalent instantly. You may later find out the correct English word.
