Is their any oifficial line of the BJP or NDA on the issue? If not, Harsha Vardhan's views aired as union minister are views of his party and not personal. A minister can have no personal views. He speaks on behalf of the party/ government. The question is whether there was a mistake in oting for BJP as they are still backward in views.
