Mumbai high cout gave this judgment in a case filed by the second wife for alimony (Money given by husband for wife after divorce).The judgement says "As per hindu marriage act,one cannot marry a second women without getting divorce from the first wife. Always the first wife can claim alimony if she was left by her husband. But the second wife is not eligible for alimony".

My mutual agreement and willing of the first wife and the second wife... a man can posses 2 wives if he is capable of.....


Yes... Always second wife is not eligible for the alimony...

As the second wife is not considered lawful, she gets no alimony. This is applicable in case of Hindus only. Others are guided by their respective personal law.
