so i believe UP/any state people will always give silly excuses if they have don't faith in themselves even though they had lot of talent to make UP & country proud as mumbai is exploding by population

Best comes neither from poor nor from rich. The middle classes give the best. The reason is that unlike poor, they have some financial strength. Also unlike rich, they are yet to achieve.
Historically, some places have become center of industry, education etc. and people from other places migrate there. In the past, many went to Nalanda (Bihar).

The cities like Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai are metropolitan or cosmopolitan. Mumbai is known as financial capital of India. Maratha could not give such status to Mumbai. Being financial capital, Mumbai has cosmopolitan character and it is fair and natural that people from all over India or even from abroad would contribute to and get from Mumbai. Mumbai is not like other small villages or towns in Maharashtra. Moreover, all Indians have single nationality, citizenship and identity. Anyone may go anywhere and settle anywhere.

I do not understand why this thread is in 'Humor & jokes'.

i beleive if his mom dad would have been middle class or rich then only he would have brings best i totally disagree whats u'r thought

It is historic fact that middle class gives the best. Dhirubhai Ambani was son of a school master. The promoter of Oberoi hotel had to sell his wife's ornaments for business. Most of the talented men and leaders in various fields always or generally belonged to middle class. This is because the richest have full satisfaction and lead luxurious life. The too poor are too depressed to achieve anything. But this is generalization. There may be exceptions.

you are right deepthimol,we should not think about past , but i need to know a bit of history for better future.
