I do take out half an hour and do yoga which keeps me fit for the routine work.
No,Iam not a fitness freak.I will just go for walking in early morning to avoid putting weight.
Yes, I am. I love to play Table tennis and have brisk walk daily.

No i am not but i usually do some yoga for my neck and back pain purpose......

i use to walk daily and go to my coaching center on foot . it works as exercise for me and keeps me fit also.
fitness is very nessary for a longer life my fitness routine is very good at early morning i regularly runs for 2 km and do some muscles exercise.
Good health is one of the most precious things in the world and yes I do it regularly for sometime with my pair of dumbbells and a bit of cycling in the early morning....!
i wake up in the morning then get ready for office and after in the evening i use to teach my students and then after dinner i go to sleep.
