It may be true I am not sure. It every negativity have some hope of reaching towards positivity in future.
Actually, its a positive way of approach on the problems.Because things are not going to change by feeling for it.
It's said to give a postive spin on events but I doubt if it can be said to be logically true!

It is said when something happens that puzzles you but you don't find any reason behind it.It is more of a consoling phrase than having any meaning in it.What is good in the bomb blast that took place in Mumbai killing several innocent people.

i can't say because what is happened to our life i can't say whether it was good or not.
All the events in our lives are loaded with messages and it for us to read their significance.I can't say if these happenings are for our good but these are not without significance!!
All events are not good. So, it is wrong to say that what happens is for good. If this were true, we need do nothing to avoid recurrence of undesirable events.

We cannot always say that whatever happens, happens for good because there are many examples of things that are happening around us which doesn't seem to happen for our good. But sometimes it is good for us to think so to overcome our losses or to divert our mind from the present worst situations of our lives and to bring in a bit of positiveness in our thoughts and actions...
