    The 'bad eyes' may give direct affect. When a woman wears very attractive or provocative dress, the 'bad eyes' instigate the 'bad tongue' to whistle and 'bad hands' to molest and even rape.


    She can nicely dress too....
    Sometimes it's the viewer's interpretation which is right and which is bad.


    If the viewer looks with bad meaning, he has 'bad eyes' and everything 'bad' follows. 'Bad consequences' are not only about women dress. These may be in other circumstances only. We need be careful about likely consequences.

    I had some experience regarding bad eyes hence i do believe it. I feel very restless and uneasy sometimes and if my mother or mother-in-law do that "nazar utarana", I feel fresh.

    yes, jealous is the main effect of bad eyes and some time without jealousy also this occurs. Even in some situation, our eyes only effect ourselves.
