    My mother apparently used to be a great fan of the old film actress Usha Kiran who acted in many old hindi films, so I was named Usha Kiran in her honor ! I made it a point to see her films later including Bawarchi where she had a small role..

    She has acted in many Malayalam films. Also in 7 Khoon Maaf along with Priyanka Chopra

    There is a heroine in Malayalam named Usha. Though she is not very famous, she was a very popular serial actress of early 90's
