My question is- do you know someone that keeps changing his stance according to situation? Ganga gaye to Gangadas and as soon as reached to the bank of Yamuna they transform into Yamunadas. Let me know please.

Yes there are many Gangadases and Yamunadases around us. I appreciate such people. Changing the stance according to the situation is a great virtue. Everybody cannot do it.

I know many people who belong to this category who are fence sitters and talk according to convenience and situation.I feel that we cannot  take such people seriously since you never can be sure which side of the fence they would jump..

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Minister Paswan is a good example. He is in all Ministeries irrespective of party in power. Another one was Ajit Singh. It sure requires some skill.

As You said everyone cannot do that, I don't think there could be many of that kind. It takes special qualities to be one :)

I Agree, as they say beware of sycophants since they will never tell you the reality. They will talk as if they're the best well wishers but the reality may differ.

It reminds me of the old political satire “Aya Ram Gaya Ram”, a political term created due to the repeated changing of party by an MLA in a short period.

These Ganga dases and Yamuna dases believe in the age old adage, " Jaisa Dhoop Waisa Chata." Change your umbrella in tune with the weather.

Another name for this is turncoats. This tribe is there in everyday life as well , but in politics they stand out.
