    yes bald people have Dandruff, but lice may be in rare cases..

    Good question. As Dandruff is a skin disease, so Bald people can have the Dandruff. But Lice survives on the blood and they need to hide the bushy place like hair, so Bald people can not have the lice.

    Bald people are not likely to have any such menace. The shampoo selling companies do not target bald persons to sell their anti dandruff product. This shows that dandruff is a disease of the hairy only.

    There may be a chance of dandruff but there is no much chance for lice. if they have a little hair around the bald head then there is a possibility.
