Now technology has developed in such a manner that by using technology only the second picture can be changed to first picture. I mean if a person who is think due to technology became fat and with the technology we can make the fat person thin also.
We only create problems we only find solutions. According to the image in the forum, due to lot of facilities by technology the thin person became fat with lot of obesity and all. but by using same technology this fat person can be changed into thin and handsom
