He didn't need stagecraft, fancy surround sound or costumes. All he needed was a scale and a microphone.

THE LEGENDARY KISHORE KUMAR, is the all time favourite singer and as well as the awesome actor which can please one's eyes if one's watch him acting

He has produced and acted in many movies and proved his mettle in every aspect as a producer, music director and of course in singing.

One of best and he was an alirounder, his comic presence on the screens were amazing. Some of songs are indeed wonderful considering he had never classical background.

True. Even though he doesn't have a classical background, he is endowed with natural singing abilities which I consider is very great.quality.

Kishore Kumar and Mohammad Rafi were and continue to be two icons of Hindi film industry. Kishore Kumar was a one man industry who did almost everything connected with films - singing acting, composing script writing, directing, producing..Truly a great artiste !

Kishore is endowed with singing abilities which are extremes. I meant he sings both pathetic and joyful and hilarious songs with the same ease.

Aa Chal Ke Tujhe to Mai Hoon Jhumroo are the two examples.

I would like to add Sonu Nigam in the list. He is as good as Kishor and Rafi combined together but making a bad remark (even if unknowingly) about Lata Mangeshkar he spoiled his future and the musical world lost a great singer.

I beg to differ with you. SonuNigam is just singer with a good voice. Kishore is an epitome of multifarious talents. Music direction to Singing are the range of this extraordinary personality.

I have no objection for your personal assessment but I said what I felt. I consider Sonu as great a singer as Rafi or Kishor or both of them combined together. But my statement does not underestimate Kishor's talent for a moment.

Sonu Nigam is good no doubt and if he were in the golden era ( 1950 -1970) he probably would have been completely overshadowed by the greats of that time like Rafi,Kishore,Manna dey,Hemant , Mukesh and Talat all of who were individualistic in their style unlike the singers now..
