    You may be paid cash according to rules only. Normally, you get on reaching Rs. 1,500/-. The early withdrawal is admissible to active members subject to certain conditions. There is no provision to get the cash on leaving the site. The cash balance is not like terminal gratuity in government service that could be withdrawn on leaving service.

    This is correct. we have many inactive members who were once very active. They can came back when they choose. Santosh is also absent for long many times but he also comes back after some gap. Boddunan is like a family. There is nothing unusual in occasional disappointment and anguish. We should be amenable to such situation. The more you can bear anguish and adverse comments, the stronger you are.
